We want to share the history and nuances of Indian cuisine so the world may be more intimate with our cuisine.

We started Curry Masala to offer authentic Indian Cuisine to the public.  An ancient family recipe, our Curry is made fresh, with the best in quality ingredients making it different from any other Indian restaurant.

Every item on our menu is prepared with authentic Indian herbs and spice. Each dish is prepared in our kitchen with extreme care to ensure you consistently good quality.

Most people asked what food they associate with the Indian subcontinent will say " Curry", but not every special dish is a curry dish and curry is not just one dish. It embraces a whole range of dishes, each distinctly different according to the spices and herbs used in varying combinations.

Rice and fresh made breads are the center piece of Indian food. Spices, imaginatively used, are the outstanding feature of Indian cookery-subtle or pungent, hot or mild, there is something to suit every palate.

Contrary to popular belief, Indian food is not and does not have to be spiced overly hot to be enjoyed. In fact, the art in Indian cookery lies in the delicacy of the spicing. In order to be able to satisfy all our patrons, we offer different levels of spicing for almost all of the items on this menu. Please advise us if you prefer your meal spicy hot. The degree of spiciness can be restricted starting with Mild, and progressing by stages to Very Hot and Super Hot.
